TThe Tracy Family Foundation awarded a $100,000 grant to Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials for the launching of a facade improvement grant program for Mount Sterling's Uptown Business District.
According to foundation President Jean Buckley, the goal of the program is to help current business owners and also attract some new businesses in the town.
